Product Overview：
ZW diesel - type self - priming sewage pump，Set self-priming and non-clogging sewage in a set of self-priming and no clogging in one，can not only like general self-priming water pump which does not need bottom valve or irrigation,but also suction containing large particles of solid blocks, long fiber dirt、Precipitate waste impurities, manure treatment and all engineering sewage.Widely used in steel, metallurgy, construction, urban construction and other sewage treatment process.Self-priming sewage pump completely reduce the workers` labor process,and the use, movement, easy installation, minimal maintenance, stable performance.
Details：
①Ambient temperature≤45℃，Medium temperature≤60℃.
②Medium PH value,cast iron pump is 6～9，stainless steel pump is 1～14.Max. pass size is 60% of pump caliber diam,Fiber length is 5 times than the caliber.
④The total weight of impurities in the medium does not exceed 15% of the total weight of the medium, the medium does not exceed 1240 kg / m.
Standard scope of supply：
1) Diesel water pump unit：Diesel engine, water pump, coupling, cooling fan, cooling water tank, steel base (including the bottom of the tank 80-120L), batteries and connecting wires, exhaust muffler, control panel.
2) Standard design for the pump group, machine bottom tank, control panel, battery pack integrated one。
3) According to customer requirements can be designed as a pump unit, the bottom fuel tank, control panel, battery pack, outdoor rain box compound one outdoor type.
4) According to customer requirements can be designed to trailer (with four or two wheels) movement type.
