Equipment:
WN Dredge pump system include pump head, reduction gear box, high elastic shafts, marine monitoring and transmission device control system. This series of dredging pump is single stage single suction horizontal centrifugal pump, wide impeller passage, good flow through ability, non-clog pumping ,gravel or high plastic clay. Has super excavation and suction ability.

Material:
Dredge pump flow components, impeller, front fender and back fender are all strong wear-resistant alloy cast iron, hardness is no less than 58HRC.Quick-wear parts have long life cycle.

WN Dredging pump body comprised of alloy steel material with good abrasion resistance and pressure-bearing, overall structure fits the need of vessel use.

Structure:
Dredge pump has front disassembly type structure, easily disassemble ,assemble for maintenance using special tools.

Bearings are industry standard trouble-free long cycle.

Impeller and shaft use a standard threaded connection, and impeller sealed ring, simple disassembling for impeller replacement.

The 200-500WN dredging pump has single pump casing, single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal structure.According to the driving type,it can be divided into two kinds of typical structures,one type is with self-bracket,another type is pump and gearbox together(i.e.,gear box,pump as a whole).Self-bracket type has grease or oil lubrication.

Model 600-1000WN cabin pump uses double pump casing structure.Single-stage single-suction cantilever horizontal assembly. Complete with bracket. Lubrication method is thin oil. Type 600-1000WN underwater pump has single pump casing structure, to reduce the pump weight, easy to raise for maintenance or relocation.

Drive selection ether diesel engine or electric motor. Ease of maintenance.

Low NPSHr. High efficiency, low-energy, low operating cost.
