Slurry Pump Precautions During Use

1、Slurry pump in the course of running, the bearing temperature can not exceed the ambient temperature of 3 ℃, high temperature shall not exceed 80 ℃.
2、To the slurry pump bearing body to add bearing lubricating oil, oil level should be observed in the oil standard center line, the oil should be replaced or added on time.
3、Remove the slurry pump pump water plug, pouring water (or pulp).
4、Off the slurry pump outlet pipe and the outlet pressure gauge and inlet vacuum pump.
5、Point the slurry pump motor, try motor steering is correct。
 6、Start the slurry pump motor, when the normal operation of the slurry pump, open the outlet pressure gauge and the inlet vacuum pump, as it shows the appropriate pressure, gradually open the gate valve, while checking the motor load。
7、Try to control the flow rate of the slurry pump and the head in the range indicated on the label to ensure that the slurry pump is operating at the highest efficiency point in order to obtain the maximum energy saving effect.
8、If the slurry pump is found to have abnormal sound should immediately stop to check the cause.
9、When the slurry pump is to be stopped, close the gate valve, the pressure gauge, and then stop the motor.
10、Check the slurry pump, pipe and the junction of any loose phenomenon. Rotate the slurry pump by hand to see if the slurry pump is flexible.
11、Regular inspection of the slurry pump sleeve wear,should be replaced after the larger wear.
12、Slurry pump in the use of the winter season, after turned off, need to remove the lower part of the pump plug and drain the media off. To prevent cracking.
13、Slurry pump long-time stand by,should be disassembled, wipe dry, apply the rotating parts and joints to grease.take good care of them.
14、Slurry pump in the first month of work, after 100 hours to replace the oil, then change oil every 500 hours.
15、Often adjust the packing gland to ensure that the filling chamber of the container is normal (to drop the drain is appropriate).
